  • 1 shot Espresso (30ml)
  • 15ml Rose Syrup
  • 200ml Oat Milk
  • To top Foam & Rose Petals
  1. Brew 1 shot of espresso and pour into a serving cup.
  2. Add rose syrup to the espresso and stir gently.
  3. Steam oat milk until hot and frothy (about 65°C / 150°F).
  4. Pour steamed oat milk over the espresso.
  5. Top with silky foam and garnish with dried rose petals.
Hazelnut Cream Latte

Hazelnut Cream Latte

Rich and nutty hazelnut syrup combined with smooth espresso and steamed milk, finished with a generous swirl of whipped cream.

  • 1 shot Espresso (30ml)
  • 20ml Hazelnut Syrup
  • 200ml Whole Milk
  • To top Whipped Cream
  1. Brew 1 shot of espresso and pour into a serving cup.
  2. Add hazelnut syrup and stir to combine.
  3. Steam whole milk until hot and smooth (about 65°C / 150°F).
  4. Pour steamed milk over the espresso.
  5. Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream and drizzle with hazelnut syrup.
Black Sesame Latte

Black Sesame Latte

A bold and earthy latte featuring roasted black sesame, balanced with smooth espresso and creamy milk for a unique nutty flavor.

  • 1 shot Espresso (30ml)
  • 1 tbsp Black Sesame Paste
  • 200ml Milk
  • To top Foam & Sesame Powder
  1. Brew 1 shot of espresso and pour into a serving cup.
  2. Add black sesame paste to the espresso and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Steam milk until hot and frothy (about 65°C / 150°F).
  4. Pour steamed milk over the sesame espresso.
  5. Top with foam and sprinkle with roasted black sesame powder.
Matcha Cheese Latte

Matcha Cheese Latte

Premium matcha layered with espresso and milk, topped with a thick and creamy cheese foam for the perfect balance of bitter, sweet, and savory.

  • 1 shot Espresso (30ml)
  • 2g Ceremonial Matcha
  • 150ml Milk
  • 50ml Cheese Foam
  1. Sift matcha powder into a bowl and whisk with 30ml hot water (80°C / 175°F) until smooth.
  2. Brew 1 shot of espresso.
  3. Pour milk into a serving cup with ice (iced) or steamed (hot).
  4. Gently pour the matcha mixture over the milk.
  5. Slowly pour espresso on top to create layers.
  6. Finish with a thick layer of cheese foam.
Black Tea Espresso

Black Tea Espresso

A unique fusion of bold black tea and rich espresso, smoothed with creamy oat milk and a hint of vanilla for a comforting, layered flavor.

  • 1 shot Espresso (30ml)
  • 100ml Strong Black Tea
  • 100ml Oat Milk
  • 10ml Vanilla Syrup
  1. Brew strong black tea (1 tea bag or 2g leaves in 100ml hot water for 3–4 minutes).
  2. Brew 1 shot of espresso.
  3. Add vanilla syrup to a serving cup.
  4. Pour the black tea and espresso into the cup and stir.
  5. Steam oat milk until hot (about 65°C / 150°F).
  6. Pour steamed oat milk over the tea-espresso mixture and top with a light foam.
Lemon Yuzu Americano

Lemon Yuzu Americano

A bright and refreshing iced Americano infused with citrusy pomelo juice, fresh lemon, and a hint of black tea for a zesty summer pick-me-up.

  • 1 shot Espresso (30ml)
  • 50ml Black Tea
  • 30ml Pomelo Juice
  • 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • To top Ice & Sparkling Water
  1. Brew black tea and let it cool. Brew 1 shot of espresso and let it cool slightly.
  2. Fill a glass with ice.
  3. Pour pomelo juice and fresh lemon juice over the ice.
  4. Add cooled black tea, then top with sparkling water.
  5. Slowly pour espresso over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
  6. Garnish with a lemon slice and a twist of yuzu peel.
Tangerine Citrus Americano

Tangerine Citrus Americano

A vibrant iced Americano featuring black tea infused with dried tangerine peel, fresh citrus juice, and rich espresso for a sweet-tart, aromatic experience.

  • 1 shot Espresso (30ml)
  • 50ml Black Tea (with Tangerine Peel)
  • 30ml Citrus Juice (Tangerine/Orange)
  • 1 pc Dried Tangerine Peel
  • To top Ice & Water
  1. Brew black tea with a small piece of dried tangerine peel for 4–5 minutes, then strain and cool.
  2. Brew 1 shot of espresso and let it cool slightly.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour citrus juice over the ice.
  4. Add the cooled tangerine black tea, then top with cold water.
  5. Slowly pour espresso over the back of a spoon for layering.
  6. Garnish with a twist of tangerine peel and a fresh citrus slice.
Butter Beer Latte

  • 1 shot Espresso (30ml)
  • 200ml Oat Milk
  • 15ml Caramel Syrup

  • To top Whipped Cream & Caramel Drizzle
  1. Brew 1 shot of espresso and pour into a serving cup.
  2. Add caramel syrup and butter beer syrup to the espresso, stir well.
  3. Steam oat milk until hot and creamy (about 65°C / 150°F).
  4. Pour steamed oat milk over the espresso mixture.
  5. Top with a generous mound of whipped cream.
  6. Drizzle with caramel syrup and a sprinkle of brown sugar crystals.
Grape Jasmine Latte

  • 1 shot Espresso (30ml)
  • 80ml Jasmine Green Tea
  • 40ml White Grape Juice
  • 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 100ml Milk
  • To top Ice & Fresh Grapes
  1. Brew jasmine green tea (80°C / 175°F water for 2–3 minutes) and let it cool. Brew 1 shot of espresso and cool slightly.
  2. Fill a glass with ice and pour milk over the ice.
  3. Mix grape juice and fresh lemon juice, then pour over the milk.
  4. Add cooled jasmine green tea.
  5. Slowly pour espresso over the back of a spoon to create beautiful layers.
  6. Garnish with fresh grapes and a jasmine flower.
