Eligible machines purchased directly from funbrews.com and in unused condition may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

This return policy applies to espresso machines, coffee makers, grinders, and other machines only. Accessories once sold do not support 30-day unconditional returns.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return a used machine?+
We only accept returns for machines that are unopened and unused within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and product quality reasons, machines that have been opened, used, or show signs of use cannot be returned. We recommend reviewing the product details carefully before opening your package.
When will I receive my refund?+
After approval, Funbrews will initiate your refund within approximately 3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Can I return Amazon or Walmart orders?+
Returns for products purchased through Amazon or Walmart must be processed through the original retailer's return system. Please contact Amazon or Walmart customer service directly for assistance with your return request.

⚠️ Dead On Arrival (DOA)

A Funbrews appliance is deemed DOA if it displays symptoms of equipment failure, rendering basic operability impossible upon initial use after unboxing.

Should you suspect your product is DOA, please contact Funbrews within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. We will evaluate the condition of the product to confirm its DOA status and, if necessary, arrange for the return at Funbrews' expense.

If your Funbrews machine encounters issues after 30 days of purchase, it is covered by our 1-Year Warranty.
